One of the biggest benefits was that Craig’s a roofer by trade, so while they were there, he carried out a full roof survey for us. We received a detailed report with a few recommendations for repairs, along with some really helpful advice on maintenance going forward—all topped off with amazing drone photos and videos, before and after. Such great value for money… I definitely wasn’t getting that from my local window cleaner! Another big plus was how easy the payment process was—everything was paid by card on my phone, no cash needed. That was such a bonus for me as I didn’t feel comfortable having that sort of money lying around. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and friendly, and had all the neighbours coming out to see what was going on. I think a few of them have ended up booking as well! Couldn’t recommend them more—worth every penny, and the roof just keeps looking better every week.
