When traditional access is limited, we use high-resolution drone surveys to assess your roof in detail. You’ll receive clear photographic and video evidence of your roof’s condition, along with expert analysis and recommendations.
Emergency Call-Out – Same-Day Response
If a roofing emergency arises, we provide a same-day response to assess the issue and carry out an urgent fix. Our call-out service includes up to 2 hours on site to secure the area or complete a temporary repair. Please note: only one emergency visit is included per fault. Additional visits without a follow-up repair may be chargeable.
Temporary Repairs to Prevent Water Ingress
In urgent situations, we can provide a temporary repair to stop water ingress and protect the interior of your property. This service includes up to 2 hours of labour. A permanent solution will be quoted separately, and further call-outs for the same fault may incur additional charges if not followed up.
Flat Roof Cleaning – Moss and Debris Removal
As part of your care plan, we provide flat roof cleaning to remove moss, organic buildup, and other debris. Keeping your flat roof clear helps extend its lifespan and prevents drainage issues or leaks. For pitched tiled roofs, a full clean can be quoted separately upon inspection.
Downpipe Cleaning
We include downpipe cleaning to ensure your rainwater drainage system functions properly. Keeping downpipes clear of blockages reduces the risk of water damage to your roof, walls, and foundations.

We’d already had a few local companies round to quote for cleaning the roof on Mum’s bungalow in East Grinstead. Some were offering pressure washing, one mentioned scraping, but honestly, none of them came across very trustworthy. A couple of the quotes were surprisingly cheap too, which actually put us off—it didn’t feel right. Then we came across Chris and Craig from Skyhawk Flat Roofing. We saw they’d supported the local dog shelter and thought that was such a brilliant thing to do, so we reached out. From the first message, they were professional and helpful. They gave us a quote remotely, which gave us confidence, and we were happy to pay a deposit and get booked in. When they arrived, I was honestly blown away—they looked smart, well-presented, and just gave off that trustworthy, professional vibe straight away. One of the biggest benefits was that Craig’s a roofer by trade, so while they were there, he carried out a full roof survey for us. We received a detailed report with a few recommendations for repairs, along with some really helpful advice on maintenance going forward—all topped off with amazing drone photos and videos, before and after. Such great value for money… I definitely wasn’t getting that from my local window cleaner! Another big plus was how easy the payment process was—everything was paid by card on my phone, no cash needed. That was such a bonus for me as I didn’t feel comfortable having that sort of money lying around. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and friendly, and had all the neighbours coming out to see what was going on. I think a few of them have ended up booking as well! Couldn’t recommend them more—worth every penny, and the roof just keeps looking better every week.
